Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm appointments, a 50% non-refundable retainer for services is required. LATE FEE. In order to serve all clients in a timely manner, Client understands that there will be a late fee of $25.00 per 15 minutes of late arrival to the appointment. After sixty (60) minutes late, Carmilla Cunny has the right to refuse service and the client is responsible for the remainder of this contract plus late fee.
